A clear view of your data.

The original PDF is parsed in memory and is not saved to a local file or traditional database by this demo. Extracted text and answers remain temporarily in the backend process; access expires after 24 hours or on a server restart.

OpenAI processes document text for embeddings and answers, and your question for classification through its Decisions API. Pinecone stores document-derived vectors and identifiers. Each provider’s processing and retention terms apply; this is not a zero-retention or end-to-end encrypted service.

A private browser cookie controls access to your document. Hashed IP counters limit usage without registration. You can request deletion here; it is confirmed only after the scoped Pinecone deletion succeeds.

While running, the server attempts cleanup of expired sessions. A crash can leave remote vectors for operator cleanup. Use only non-confidential sample documents. IP quotas are temporary, reset on server restart and are not production-grade abuse protection.
